Customer service at creative tiles is first class, Robert and George really went above and beyond for us, we had separate issues with our kitchen installation, and we had to call down to CT a few times to order more and return some unused materials, both Robert and George were very helpful and kind. Highly recommend, and wont be going anywhere else for tiles in the future, thanks guys 👍
Robert and all of the staff at Creative Tiles in Glengormley was a pleasure to deal with. Extremely knowledgeable, helpful, professional and friendly. Robert was able to decipher my drawings and work out from my measurements, how many boxes of tiles we needed, and he told us to come back if wee needed ro exchange or change anything. Would definitely recommend Robert and the team for any tile needs.
I recently bought a large consignment of wall and floor tiles from Creative tiles. The customer service that I received from George was first class from beginning to end. Everything was done in a very professional manner and it was a seamless experience throughout. The range of tiles available was also excellent and the quality up there with the best. Called in with the name of a tile I saw online for a feature wall. We left a short while later with those exact tiles ordered with help from Robert. Delivered the next day and at a great price. Went back again the next day to order matching wall and floor tiles. Robert has a knack of picking the perfect tile to match your needs and always with a smile. Now I am measuring up for my porch, and will be going back to Creative Tiles for those too!

Was a very good experience from start to finish. George came over & helped us after we told him the colour of tiles we were looking for. Showed us all the grey he had & we both said the 1st 1 was best & George put it all down on receipt, grout etc 2 & gave us discount on the tiles.He also gave us 2 cards for tilers to do the job.would definitely recommend a visit if you needs tile
